How to Download Your Chase Bank Statement (PDF)

By BankStatementReader Team ·

Before you can analyze or reconcile your spending, you need the statement itself. Here is how to download a Chase statement as a PDF from either the website or the app. (Menu labels can change; these are the general steps.)

On chase.com (desktop)

  1. Sign in to your account at chase.com.
  2. Open the account you want a statement for.
  3. Select Statements & documents (often under the account menu or "More").
  4. Choose the statement period you need.
  5. Download the PDF to your computer.

In the Chase mobile app

  1. Open the app and sign in.
  2. Tap the account, then Statements.
  3. Pick a period and tap to view, then use the share/download icon to save the PDF.

Tips

  • Statements are usually organized by monthly billing cycle, so pick the month you need.
  • For tax or loan purposes you may need several consecutive months — download each period.
  • Keep the original PDF; you may need it as the source document later.

Turn the statement into data

A PDF is fine for reading, but not for analysis. To work with the transactions in a spreadsheet, see how to convert a bank statement to Excel, or drop the file into the free bank statement converter to export clean rows to Excel or CSV.
